Free Shipping Offer For any information about this offer, please contact us by phone at 778-285-1322 or by email at info@greenlifeflooring.com.   Terms and Conditions If a lift gate is required for residential delivery an additional $75 fee is applicable.  If an inside ground level delivery is required for any shipment, an additional fee will be billed to the customer of a minimum of $75 to a maximum of $250 based on the weight of the shipment.  In the case of a return, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.  Offer not valid with any other offers, discounts, or sale items.  Other exclusions may apply.  Green Life Flooring reserves the right to alter the free shipping terms and conditions at any point without prior notice.  Note: Residential delivery is a curb-side delivery only in which the customer is responsible to unload the freight; inside deliveries are an additional cost to the customer.  Contact Green Life Flooring for more details.  Damaged Goods in Transit In the unlikely event the goods are damaged in transit, these appropriate steps need to be taken in order to receive the full replacement for the damaged goods.  These steps need to be taken:  Stop unloading the truck and call an Green Life Flooring representative immediately. Make note on your shipping receipt of the damaged goods as well as a note on the shippers copy. Have the driver sign both your copy and their copy of the receipt acknowledging the damage. Have the driver call in the damage to his company and give you a claim number for the accident. Report the claim number to an Green Life Flooring representative. If able, take photos of the damaged material before it is unloaded off the truck and submit the photos to Green Life Flooring. Note: Failure to complete one of these steps may result in the customer not being able to collect any or all of the replacement material for the damaged goods.  The customer does have the right to reject a damaged load of goods before it is unloaded.  Green Life Flooring is not responsible for any damaged goods that are not recorded and reported properly.
